    The Fuel to Go and Play Schools Tennis Classic is the largest participation tennis tournament in Western Australia and has been running since 1935. The series of inter-school events that make up the Fuel to Go and Play Schools Tennis Classic contribute to four major events: the Slazenger Cup, Mursell Shield, Herbert Edwards Cup and the Academy Plate. These events are played at various venues throughout the state.

    Tennis West and School Sport WA partner to deliver this tennis event and it is the pinnacle of school teams events in WA. ALL schools in Western Australia are invited to enter.
