Perth HPC Stadium, Stevenson Ave, Mt Claremont
The Carnivals are conducted at HBF Stadium, Mt Claremont over 5 days.
Schools are graded based on results in the previous year. The top two from each carnival are promoted to the next division and the bottom two are relegated to a lower division.
SSWA reserves the right to further adjust divisions to cater for nomination variations and changes in schools status.

Schools will be invoiced upon nomination or can pay via credit card at the time of nomination.
A late withdrawal fee (within 2 weeks) of up to 100% will be charged by SSWA
Entry costs at Perth HPC:
$4.90 School Students – Competitors only. All staff free.
Schools are to inform SSWA of their numbers on the day of the carnival. SSWA will then advise of numbers/school and pay pool entry fees to Venues West. SSWA will then invoice each school for the relevant pool entry costs.
$2.60 Spectators – to be paid at reception on entry. Please note that Venues West may limit the number of spectators allowed in dependent on numbers of school teams to fit under their maximum capacity allowed.
Schools will need to provide SSWA with confirmed student numbers no less than 3 days prior to your event to to ensure we have confirmation on spectator capacities on the day.
