Schools are required to send a volunteer to assist on the day:
- 5 students or less ā No volunteers required
- 5-10 students ā One volunteer required (Teacher or Senior Student)
- 10 students or more ā Two volunteers required (Teacher and/or Senior Student)
An individual nomination form is to be completed for a student diver who is not a part of a school team.

School Nomination Form ā all nominating schools must also submit a School Team List name submission sheet whether nominating one individual or a team.
